It's a fun video, but the story behind it is bullshit. I had never heard of this publication and so I googled it:

The Cradle is generally not considered a reliable or objective news source, but rather a specialized, highly partisan platform focusing on West Asian geopolitics. It operates with an explicitly "anti-imperialist" perspective and is widely recognized for its strong pro-Iran, pro-Syrian government, and anti-Western biases.

Objectivity and Fact-Checking
  • Media Bias: Independent media monitors like AllSides classify the outlet as having a "Lean Left" bias, noting its sympathetic coverage of Arab-Muslim states and deep suspicion of Israel and the West.
  • Reliability: Major fact-checking consensus, including Wikipedia's Reliable Sources, considers the publication to have a poor reputation for fact-checking and notes it has a history of publishing conspiracy theories
  • Content: While it provides in-depth coverage and analysis on Middle Eastern affairs from an indigenous and regional perspective, its articles frequently function as political commentary and advocacy rather than neutral journalism.
