That's such a good movie. So many people say it's just a pointless shock movie, but I thought it was well-written, directed, etc. It just happened to include taboo shit.

watched it with my sister who commented it was similar to the story of a real slave turned law man, bass reeves. really cool story there. if anyone hasnt heard of him, do a quick read. i wish all modern american blacks followed his lead. as a slave, he didnt play the slave card or ask for shit, he did hard work and made a legend of himself. take note, lauren hill....
