I liked it. Mostly because relief that the series is back to focusing on scary and not so much comedy shit.

Good flick. Awesome fight and battle scenes. Acting was good

I liked how it tied into 300 as neither a sequel nor a prequel.

Definite watch for any fans of the original 300.

You need to watch the second one, the first was maybe "better" but the second one puts it to shame gore and craziness wise.
Final sequence is coming out this month too, It will contain a centipede of over 500 people according to Wikipedia, seems like they went a little bit too far, doesn't sound very promising to me.

Downloading the second movie as I type. I read that Tom Six sued Dieter Laser to get BACK on the 3rd movie as the creepy man? I'll wait and see how good that supposed to be.
