Yah see, driving on the wrong side of the road took out that kid. If they drove on the civilized side, kid would have been spared.

I don't blame the driver, streets are meant for cars, no matter the lane you are, kids don't have to be running wild on their own. Parents are who should take properly care of their kids, that way the kid would have been spared.
