In Bugulma, a motorist hit a small child who suddenly ran onto the road. The incident occurred on Sunday, September 10th, around two o'clock in the afternoon. Near house number 21 on Gafiatullin Street, there was a woman with two children.
At a certain moment, the small child rushed onto the road where a Hyundai Matrix was driving. The driver, from Tatarstan, couldn't brake in time and hit the child.
The victim was a 5-year-old girl who managed to survive such a collision. She sustained physical injuries, and medical personnel transported her to the Bugulma Central District Hospital (CDH).

The parent just stood there while the kid bolted…when my godson was three he tried to pulled that on me and his Mom and we each grabbed his arms and pulled him back but he got a stern talking to from us both to never do that again
