Serious Louvre museum broken into during Sunday morning (while open) and stole priceless jewels

The thieves approached the Louvre building from the outside, at an area where building work was taking place.

A truck and a goods lift were used to access the museum. They used an angle grinder to break windows and enter.

The French interior minister, Laurent Nuñez, said that “priceless jewels of unmeasurable heritage value” were stolen

At least the crown jewels are in a vault unlike this country which keeps them in a dilapidated building with no camera's! Haha
