Is it just me or does it seem that instead of the EMT's setting up a Triage type setting for the wounded they are more concerned with walking around in circles and just filming things with their phones?

I think in that country there's not many with training like how the USA has EMTs, first responders, etc. but, rather just people who fetch the sick & injured, the docs do everything. They're more like transpo people w/limited life saving features in their "ambulances" too.

Iran only started their emergency medical services in the late 1970s. 1978 I think. [My bio dad knew lots about the Middle East from his work.] Anyway... the USA actually is who helped Iran set up their emergency medical system from the 115 on phones to ambulances, etc. It's way less funded even still but, if you think about how many more years other countries have been setup & improving their systems & then go there, you'd probably be shocked. Here (USA) it's been around a very long time & then if you look at the UK, Europe, they've a way longer tradition even.

When traveling outside your own country like on vaca, you should look into what that other country has as far as ambulances & how your insurance works if at all when you're in that other country just incase you need it. Some places, I think I'd rather not use theirs but, also watch out for scamners that put you in a fake ambulance & next thing you know, you wake up without a kidney, or liver, and essentially you're in a freakin' horror movie. 😳😱

Instead of politics and propaganda
maybe take some of the good that Western culture has to offer (EMT being a perfect example) study it, maybe send some people to the West to learn it- that way they can take it back with them and just perhaps learn how to save some lives instead of standing around with their dicks in their hands filming shit and running the fuck around in circles trying to blame somebody.
