This. I even gaslight people into thinking they are the crazy ones for talking about this stuff. When it’s brought up I’ll usually stay quiet, or outright walk away from the conversation claiming “I don’t want to hear about that”. I’m a total prude in the public eye. The best is when you are talking to someone about how sick someone would have to be to enjoy something like gore after you finished jacking it to a limbless corpse of a woman an hour ago. It can be exciting to fly under the psycho radar in a “They have no idea they are talking to one” sense.

i share with people that im into gore and torture and death. they either give a look,as they say "oh yea?" that they didnt realize they gave me or step away. and im fine with that. they either leave me alone because they think im demented or they think ill think of some crazy torturous shit if they piss me off and are taken back by this fact. then veryvery seldomly, ill get the curious questions about it. and an "oh" kind of a response. then ill get the questions with a tone of disgust like, "why?" "what are you,some kind of fucking sicko or weirdo".

It's not that I'm worried people will think that I'm a psycho or anything, but I don't talk much about gore simply because if there was to be a murder or kidnapping nearby, I wouldn't want to put myself at risk of being a likely suspect. Just following the simple rule that you shouldn't voluntarily put out any red flags for people to notice, because that's basically being a self-snitch. I'm smarter than that.

Unfortunately you're one of those people who think that everyone who's in prison is actually guilty of something. Dawg, there are so many people sitting in prison right now who literally didn't do anything. Especially in this day and age when the court system is so corrupt. Where I live, it's almost like the media is the law, and if you make it look like you're the bad guy, you will most likely be labeled guilty.

I feel like when the Internet was really beginning to become available for the middle income household in the late 90s you would be more inclined to hear someone talk about gore, when sites like Rotten.com were seeing more activity. The ambience of pre-911 atmosphere where the world overall was a different place it seemed. Then after 911 live leak with all the war footage. It was very unique. With all that having predisposed a majority of the Internet community to gore the general outlook on it being interesting subject matter to talk about is drawn out outside the Internet. I don't think I would randomly spark a conversation about goregrish because death is a solo experience. This is a personal experience. I'm not a socialite, I really couldn't understand adults hanging out watching gore. Unless, it's like the Government watching Bin Laden get eliminated. Just doesn't seem like a social affair.
