'YESSSS! Regulate Men Like They Do Women!': Millions Of People Are Saying Men Are Getting The Irony They Deserve After Seeing This Newly Proposed Bill That Would Ban Male Autonomy
The proposed bill — called the "Contraception Begins at Erection Act" — would fine men up to $10,000 for ejaculating.
Well, men of America, buckle up.
Mississippi Sen. Bradford Blackmon has sponsored a bill called the “Contraception Begins at Erection Act.”

The proposed legislation would prohibit a man from masturbating unless it is intended for procreation only.
That means if you want to masturbate in Mississippi, it better be within the confines of a fertility clinic to make a baby!
It also includes criminal charges for people who violate it. The bill proposes to make it “unlawful for a person to discharge genetic material (sperm) without the intent to fertilize an embryo, effectively criminalizing certain male reproductive behaviors.”
Violators wouldn’t face jail time, only monetary penalties in the amount of $1,000 for the first offense, $5,000 for the second, and $10,000 for three or more offenses.
If you’re still in shock that this is an actual thing, here are the specific details:
“BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI: SECTION 1.
(1) This section shall be known and may be cited as the ‘Contraception Begins at Erection Act.’
(2) It shall be unlawful for a person to discharge genetic material without the intent to fertilize an embryo.
(3) Upon conviction of a violation of this section, a person shall be fined:
(a) One Thousand Dollars ($1000.00) for a first offense; (b) Five Thousand Dollars ($5000.00) for a second offense; and
(c) Ten Thousand Dollars (10,000.00) for a third or subsequent offense.
(4) This section shall not apply to the discharge of genetic material:
(a) Donated or sold to a facility for the purpose of future procedures to fertilize an embryo; and
(b) Discharged with the use of a contraceptive or contraceptive method intended to prevent fertilization of an embryo.”
And although everyone has been a bit taken aback after hearing this...
Take it. Take the pain... Blame it on the Old Miss...I predict the bluest of balls
I remember a Abo Jew going through customs on border control tv program (or something like that) just because he was bringing stuff back from Israel made of plants and he was going on about abo rights, he was whiter than a fucking whiteboard with no abo features and a Jewish accent 🤷♂️Wow.
Here, in Australia, if you call someone who identifies as aboriginal not aboriginal then you're charged with racial discrimination act.

resemblance. like if theyre all related or something....Strong what?
Once again, the ignorance is infuriating. Who the fuck do you think has been pulling all the strings, owning, and controlling all of those ‘shitty uneducated low ranking states’ in the Southern and Midwestern US since before most of them even became states? I’ll give you people a hint, since you’re all so clearly fucking stupid: rich conservative white people….. WOAHHHHH bet you never saw that one coming. Shockerrrr, the very people who blame everyone else are actually the ones who created and are still perpetuating the problems. I really don’t understand how you all don’t put the damn picture together when it’s right in front of you. Conservatives consistently cut funding for education LEADING TO A LESS EDUCATED POPULATION. Same exact thing for predominantly minority communities, LESS FUNDING LEADING TO LESS DEVELOPMENT, WORSE CONDITIONS, AND DESPERATION. It is literally their game plan to place the blame of the problems that they create onto the people facing them. It’s the oldest distraction and manipulation trick in the book and if you all knew anything about geopolitical or world history, you could easily see it.There's a reason Mississippi is 50th in economy, 50th in healthcare, 48th in infrastructure, and 45th in fiscal stability. They're swimming in a sea of cum, much of it black, hence this law!
