This is one sick bitch. Try that with one of my mastiffs you couldn't afford it in order to sedate my mastiffs once a year for dental cleaning cost over 500 dollars because my vet charges by the pound they all over 150 pounds each. Very expensive dogs to sedate for medical procedures. Or putting to sleep forever.

I can imagine an American doing something like that, but the dialogue in the story just makes it sound totally fictional ' Mom told me to watch my language' .. not to mention the fact that she had a stolen dog in her house.
