I wonder if this is a prank. A few things are odd. As @Gamma Goblin pointed out, there isn’t much blood. As @Tomwil said, passers by aren’t rushing to help.
The severed ‘leg’ is ‘amputated’ below the knee.
Yet the victim appears to have an above knee injury, and already appears to have the stump wrapped and a tourniquet applied.
The shape of his leg resembles someone that has bent their knee with their foot to their arse before putting their trousers back on…
If it is a prank, it’s a good one and I would enjoy playing it myself 😂.
