Ok, My mom is gonna take me after Christmas. We have a full schedule till then.... maybe after NY's but it's gonna happen soon!

Plans made, just gotta pick a good time. At most we agreed right after NY's.

It shouldn't take too long to get it done. He's getting more desperate so I don't think it's a good idea to wait that long. Holidays are known for pushing people over the edge. You could go to the courthouse and have it done in less than an hour, probably.
