Having watched the video more than once, I'm going to go out on a limb and say she had no interest in being rescued. She basically did nothing to help that guy out and seemed to push him off more than anything.

Stupid and incompetent rescuer fucked everything up. Should be fired and banned for life from working as a first responder. This stupid monkey should just be cleaning septic tanks !!!
