It's an old Korean woman. In certain places in Korea if a woman feels disrespected she has the right to pee where she was disrespected. I only know this because when my brother was stationed there he married one of them and brought her back to the states. And she would threaten to do it as soon as she felt an animosity or wasn't getting her way.
