Idea 1: hydraulic press with centering pin to the head, running at an angle starting from between the eyes to the point where the brain stem meets the spinal cord

Idea 2: bucket over the head in which the victims families fill with their piss until the offender drowns.

Best execution is to put the condemned into a vaccum chamber, the interior is like a regular room, nice and comfortable. There is a very tiny hole in the wall that the person to executed is seated against. When the time is at hand for the execution the executioner opens a valve and the prisoner is slowly extruded out the tiny hole in the wall under the massive force of the air pressure in the chamber.

An alternative execution method would be to tie the prisoner to a chair and cover him in sugary syrup. Then a hatch is opened and all manner of biting non-venomous insects from mosquitoes to horse flies are let in. The prisoner will be killed by millions of insects bites over a period of many hours to days. A feeding tube is also attached to the prisoner so he doesn't starve during this time.
