Or someone just has a notebook at home labeled: "Random Women I Have Killed" and in the book is just written hundreds of entries of murders all following the same MO, females 18-35yo, time and place, etc. Probably happens irl quite often, serial killers likely get away with their crimes alot more in these 3rd world countries, especially in the more impoverished sections. Police never make the connections and it's just chalked up to gang violence, cartel hits, robbery, etc.
Quick and efficient. I lived in Brazil 2003-19. Age 25-41. Saw that so many times i lost count. First few scared the piss out of me, after 20 or so i didn't even take the drink from my lips.
