I could do this to traffic wardens here they havn't got the sense they where born with They even ticket. Funeral hearse's outside church. I was on a carpark once and it said free parking on the sign,came out and the cunt traffic warden gave me a ticket and said "you still need a ticket from the machine even though it's free. You have to be a special type of twat to do that job.
