I never felt the need to use this kind of medics and didn't had an od on heroin ever. I'm much too cautious with the stuff.
Before I've done a half a gram fix, I'd tested it by smoking/smelling the fumes before. And I would prefer 5 small then 1 big hit.

But good for the kids at school in emergencies. Why not. Better than more cops.
It's a step in the right direction.

Yo, I tested it for some months (3 - 4). It was too light for me. And with an exact timing I could take sbtx during the day (for work) and H at the evening. It served it's purpose though, I didn't nod off at the desk.

It's very common in France too. I know some French/Belgian guys, it's almost impossible to get anything else than subutex for substition there. Don't know why.
Best is the so called 'Swiss model'. You can get everything what's helpful in your case, the doc decides.

Not really. Coke was my thing and that only caused some depression when I ran out. However, I'm having to use fentanyl patches for pain management now so it could be in my future even though I'm careful and only use as directed. I know I will most likely have some physical withdrawals if I ever have to stop suddenly due to dependence. I have always had more empathy for addicts than most of my coworkers though.
