disaster Old Fart Forgets What He's Doing

Dude probably has dementia and got loose.
That is very likely to be honest, he seems lost and very confused. Probably lives alone and nobody watching over him. But I feel like once people hit 70+ they need tested regularly to be able to drive on the road.

Mandatory loss of drivers licence at 85, period. Testing every year after 75. Then medicare (the US obviously) should pay for an anytime ride service. I'm sick of these dangerous fucks. I know I'll be there some day but fuck me they're awful
How do you know that you'll make it to that age 🤔 🙄

This is why the states don't want to give seniors a road test because a good portion of them would fail and it would mean less income for the state.

In my country the mandatory driving tests start at 75, then repeat every five years.
I used to be a personal assistant for a lady of 90 (ninety) and she drove better than some drivers many years younger. However, I believe she was a huge exception in that respect.

My mother in law and her husband got lost in the Poconos last year. My bro in law had to go find them by GPS. There was a big scrape and dent along the side of the car and they had no idea how it happened. So now they're in a nursing home and my daughter got their car for free (well after 2K in body work)

They were lucky they came away they did, no personal injuries, no robbing.
