tv Opinion on Netflix Anime?

So, I recently decided to give anime a try after what seems to be a long ass time. I'm not surprised the options have been limited to mostly just the Netflix Originals, but I kept digging and found a pretty good selection of classics I've watched as a teen. I'm kind of sad they've taken out the big names like Soul Eater and Kill La Kill for anime people sure as hell didn't ask for.

Anyways, What's your opinion?

I'm super retro when it comes to cartoons and anime - if I watch anime it's usually stuff everyone else already saw a million times but I'm seeing it for the first time, and it's usually 90's era. Yeah ALL cartoons/animation got hijacked a few years back with woke ideology which is just really sad. I also hate how modern animation is computer CGI shit and not painted like they used to do it. It looks cheap and trashy compared to old school animation but that's just me. I kinda like Aeon Flux for it's weird vibe.

80s/90s Devilman, Urotsukidoji:legend of the overfiend, Akira(if ur feeling artsy 😂) man there was soooooo many good ones when I was younger and not just the main ones everyone points out like ninja scroll n stuff but the newer fag ass fairy gender binary queer ass folk shite they fart out now is awful few and far between u get a good one these days although that one on netflix oh ffs wats it called something Eat in dungeon or summat wasn't bad good amount of gore and kinda funny really enjoyed one punch man as well

Unless it's a classic like ninja scroll, perfect blue or howls moving castle, I stay away from anime. Like video games, it was hijacked by the woke faggot LGBT brigade years ago and injected full of gender ideology and blatant indoctrination. I refuse to support or be a part of that bullshit...
Amen to that, I try to avoid any woketards that tend to make everything gay when it comes to my treasured classics, or new favorites.

One example in particular is the whole fucking Isekai fanbase. all they do is bitch about how bad their own life is, just to dream about starting a brothel in some acid trip of a fantasy world. fucking hate those fatherless fucks.
:twitch:

Aeon flux was one I've planned to get into, but for some reason I just didn't find the time. I'll keep that in mind!

Devilman was a classic, also the Netflix original too. There were many classics too like Serial Experiment Lain, Monster, and The Big O. We need more creativity like those instead of that copy and paste concept shit.

And I believe the one you're talking about is Dungeon Meshi/Delicious In Dungeon. That show was one of the only new series' I got to enjoy without that queer shit.

That was it Delicious in dungeon was really kool idea for how dungeons work and the food although animated looked mouth watering lol

lots of studio ghibli, princess mononoke,
spirited away, mob psycho,
future diary (mirai nikki) school live!,
madoka magica
(kinda lgb but is super beautiful and ofc the occult sumymbolism/ lore is interesting af)
gintama was cool but only watched a bit with ex sister but be aware it references lots of old animes so ^_^ might see stuff yk there

one piece was cool from wat i saw with sister but was so long i couldn’t get into it myself

higurashi when they cry is a classic too

promised neverland was cool first season but never finished tho, neon genesis evangelion was neat and pretty symbolic as well
but the lore and pacing from what i recall felt very rushed / kinda hard to follow.
the art and aesthetics though are timeless and beautiful. u might enjoy as it’s pre 2000’s anime.
