That guy had gone on a crime spree stabbing up two people and started a big fire before he was shot in the video above. He might've continued his rampage if the cops hadn't took him down.

Great. They can put it by the Capital Wheel & the casino or maybe over by the Convention Center. I thought they said on the news he lived at the hotel at National Harbor which if true, would indicate he had financial means... probably counterfeit too then?

They always have a burnt bacon bit scream in the background in these police type of videos,it's guaranteed.
He refused to drop the gun even after they shot him. Probably had some lame excuse like, "I didn't have a gun - I had a knife.""Drop the gun"
