Strange scene. At first I thought there was a dead body in the water. Then I thought the tricycle had crashed. Then I thought the driver was trying to save the passenger. Then fatty started to beg for help and no one helped him. Now I'm wondering how long will it take for his clothes to dry. Too many things for one video.

These things are public transportation in a lot of countries. My guess is that he got in and passed out drunk. And when they guy realize he's not paying, his ass was out.
