I am no Sherlock Holmes, but I can honestly say the guy in the white hoodie who remained seated throughout this incident, could be the one who hired the hitman or he may have been too busy scratching his balls and decided to stay put, however you see it, the guy is a suspect in my books and should be arrested immediately for questioning.
