So given all the negative shit going on I see some really bad times coming down the road.

So what do you all think? Drop some key points below or thoughts. If you don't care just skip this post and move on to the pic.

Recently I have been looking to sell my home and purchase another. In the area I'm looking at the prices are vastly overpriced. for example, something that sold for 50k in 2021 is now selling for over 150k. The property has not improved. so you are getting absolutely nothing new. In most cases the property has been well used.

My guess we will see some serious shake up in the economy.

The housing market will tank again. Because people cannot afford a mortgage and the cost of living has increased by 25 to 30%, cost of fuel is going up, instability in the world and low confidence in our government.

Additionally, the multiple political treasonous acts against Trump, love or hate him IDGAF is call for some serious civil unrest. Because it shows banana republic-level political persecution.

Thing continue to escalate with Russia and China, we started off with giving Ukraine defensive weapons beans and bandages now we are up to F-16s and precision missiles. also have exceeded 110 billion.

Have you thought of getting an appraisal done on your house? I was tossing around the idea of selling my house too, but the market is so ridiculous, and I fear it will only get worse. Home improvement stuff is also expensive now, so It's not even viable to fix up your house unless you can do it yourself. I guess I should take solace in the fact that I own my home, until the government figures out a way to steal that from us too.

I did the math and there's no way I'm gonna be able to buy a house anymore. I could try and save like a fucker but still never be able to take on a massive commitment that I likely wouldn't get approval for a loan on.. nor be able to ever have it paid off unless something crazy happens like I win a lotto or something. What sucks to hell is how ridiculously expensive rent is and I feel like I'm paying off a home anyway THAT ISN'T MINE!

I think that when considering what the redress for this situation is, a person must be careful not to fall into the ‘us and them’
Way of thinking - the fact of the matter is that it’s the systems in place that by and large, dictate how our social and economic potential will grow. (And how we will benefit or suffer for that)

Assholes in government are so removed from our system, the system of ‘continuity’ if you will;
We continue their system of ‘executive privilege’ by working and holding up the economy - that they may lead us forward as a country and a people.

Of course, this is not so; they rape our freedoms and abuse our trust - they mollify the ignorant and weak, and worst of all:

The people let them get away with it.
It’s 2 sides - us and them; the haves and the have nots….
And so one wants blood
The other wants continuity

But this here is the problem…
Blood doesn’t work as political or social medicine!
Think of all the lives lost for causes of men over the years;
You Americans had your own civil war, we English had a civil war…
Did the writ and the rhyme really change?
Did the blood spilled in Normandy and Japan during WW2 actually save the world from an axis of evil?
Sure, in a very physical sense, we smashed the shit out of Germany, and reset the whole game of ‘western politics’
But when that iron curtain went up, both sides accepted a social cancer; a systematic overlay for the growth of a country
Capitalism and communism.
Both are evil; both are veils; both keep you in bondage and deny you your true potential as a thinking and feeling human upon this planet.

The bottom line is that blood doesn’t even need to be spilt.
Apathy rules these days, and so many stupid distractions exist to lead people away from entering into these systems and then taking them over from the inside…
when you all take to the streets, and you gun each other down; knife eachother or provoke coppers until they blast you;
You’re just doing the system’s job for it - you’re a bad element to it, and by dying as a result of your passion to see change,
(not a bad thing) you’re purging yourself from that system.

You’re more dangerous alive and angry and non-violent - your message can spread
You’re even more dangerous angry and non-violent and in a group - your message begins to identify with other fellows
You’re deadly when you’re an angry group who engage in the political process - now you take your political identity and you attack the status quo
You’ve killed them and toppled their castles when you; the commoner; the slave, the cog…. When you become a counsellor or an alderman or a mayor; later, you’ll take the very house and senate - all without a drop of blood spilt.
I suggest you all have a bandy around for a few charismatic and certainly non-psychopathic leaders to get behind!

It would take a while; a few years,
But with enough lucid and committed persons, you could essentially form a whole new political status quo from the inside out.

But me personally?
Yeah nah, that above is only a dream- we should end up back in the Middle Ages by about 2035 if we keep on as we are now

I'm trying to buy a home right now on just my income and its been a fucking NIGHTMARE . a shitbox condo where I live is no cheaper than $450k. I would kill to find something for $150K. This shit is crazy, I am even looking into the possibility manufactured homes (you can find some beautiful ones in my area and you have to have higher than a 650 credit score to live there) but the lot rents are $800- 1100 a month. WTF?!? So your paying a mortgage on a 170k manufactured home and then 1000 a month on lot rental. It's just as expensive. Something has to give here. I am tearing my hair out at all this shit! When Banks will only qualify you for a 400k home when you make PLENTY OF MONEY and you can't find a livable space for under 500k what do you do. Oh and there's a waitlist to get on the waitlist for affordable housing and I make too much money! But everything on affordable housing is more than 350K ( they advertise these houses on the regular market so when you see one you get all excited) not that it matters because I make too much on one income to qualify and my daughter is now over 18 finally even though I'm pretty sure at this rate she'll be living with me for eternity. I totally feel you @Punisher_1

I would wait till post 24 if you can. The economy will hold (or be propped up) till the election. We don't know till AFTER the election what the economy will do. Plus, my accountant, an ex-IRS agent, said the feds are dead serious about replacing the dollar with cryptocurrency, which will reset the whole damn economy. I'm the in the same boat, and want to buy another house, but I'm not budging this side of the election.

Another pandemic, real or fake. Food scarcity, problems with the power supply during a cold winter. Neighbours turning on neighbours for what little rations remain.

Extreme civil unrest after Trump is imprisoned. There will be attempts at organised resistance but the government will always be one step ahead with broken encryption schemes, backdoored CPUs, win 10 and 11 keyloggers. Those that try to fight will be made an example of in the most extreme ways.

We will find out that the government has files on all of us, all the things we said we thought were anonymous will be laid bare. This information will be used to gain cooperation from influential people which will be used to sway the masses.

We will be given an ID of some type that will be tied to us biometrically, and recognition hardware will be constantly keeping tabs on our movements. We will need the ID to receive our daily rations, of which we will get more for conforming and less for resisting.

Yeah i see some shady stuff happening. The whole housing price thing is done so the rich and corporations can buy up houses and land. Then rent it out for crazy prices. I used to think the military would easily be our saving grace since the vast majority leaned conservative(common sense) but with the purge that happened of high ranking officers and the obvious Incompetence shown by the current leadership in the senate and military is not by accident.

Secondly the constant dumbing down of our school children is also leading the country down a road of dependency on others and the government. As sheep are easily led, School administrators, Doctors, and government agencies know what they are doing, they are conditioning the younger generations to be activist and lead with their hearts, not common sense.

If something does "pop off" it will probably be around the 2024 election, but that is just my opinion. I personally don't think the country can handle another 4 years of a communist/Democrat ran Country without the country financially collapsing. The current adminstration has purposely ran the debt up so high that the credit rating of the US has been moved down twice.

As for me..... I have stocked up on pop corn so i will be sitting and watching the fireworks go off.

I was looking into those, if you can find a good plot of land with utilities already installed you'd be set. Be careful though because the prices you see online don't usually include delivery, set up and all the little bells and whistles you see in the pictures, very deceptive!

I live in NC.. The big thing is taxes here. buy a house outside the city limits and pay less taxes. If you buy a house inside of any city limits you'll pay double taxes(county and city). Oh, and if you're a Communist democrat..... Keep your crazy political ideas up there, NC is screwed up enough already.

The increase in the price of properties, fuels, food, etc. is not only in the USA. It is a global issue.

In my particular case I associate it with the shit that governments did during the covid "pandemic", they expanded the "state takes care of you", they took superpowers and gave away money to everyone with no one monitoring or controlling them, this pushed to increase taxes to be able to finance those expenses without control and those who did not end up paying for it anyway with a depreciation of the value of their currency (and with this the need for more money to acquire something, AKA "price increase"..). It was literally harnessed to effect a worldwide socialist expansion. The result is in sight...
