Ive lived in a predominantely white area in Arkansas that had a major poverty problem, not once did I hear or see, during my 3 years living there, of someone getting murdered, home invaded, or violently attacked. Petty crimes like property theft sure, but violent crime was non existant. Its true, on paper that poverty increases crime, but a large amount of black people live in poverty and ima be honest, not all black people are a problem, but it always seems like they are in fact THE problem when they are all brought together.
