It looks like that officers gun is connected by a thin, steel cable. I've never seen that before. One way or another, all that repetition had to stop. Both of them kept saying the same thing so many times.

yeah, i feel like cops should have gun on a string lol... ive seen it before from this part of the world... but yeah... cop alone and the guy keeps reaching to waistband.... i hope he doesnt get in any trouble for the 2nd shot lol... that was kinda murder hehe.... like at least wait and see how he responds to the near miss or wounding ... whatever it was

The cop had many opportunities to get a cuff on that wrist. Then just cuff him to the metal gate right there.
