An armed man entered a restaurant in the Ciudad Jardín Sur neighborhood, Antonio Nariño district, to steal a chain from one of the diners. The other patrons reacted, and with the help of a police officer, they captured him and gave him a beating. During the struggle, a citizen was injured with a non-lethal weapon. The man, who was carrying a gold ring and bracelet of dubious origin, even shot himself in the foot.
