I like to go city sometimes but yeah the driving is just awful to many cars and every time the best parking spot you can find is 3km from your destination.... fucking annoying.
This is why I live in a big property far from city and enjoy calmest days.

Yeah, I've bought and sold large acreage properties. I had a few that I owned land with a fucking mountain in the middle of it. Imagine owning a mountain but in reality the town council owns it because it's like pulling teeth to get anything done with it. Most towns will fight with you. Like robbing you, since they want all that money for their families in town but they want everything to stay the same.

Zoning is bad but they want all that money surveying subdivisions which can take years through red tape. Going to the state for mining operations and mineral rights. In my younger years I once bought property that I own the entire Town's underground reservoir but didn't get a dime from the city for them using that water under my land because of clauses in their bureaucracy and red tape.

It would had taken 12-15 years through their courts

People say that when the great reset comes that you will own nothing and be happy. That's a load of shit since you never owned anything in the first place.

Think you own your property? No, since if you stop paying the property tax the government will take it away or someone will pay your delinquent taxes and take it from under you.

Think you own that vehicle you drive because you have the title? Don't pay the registration on it or the insurance you can't even drive on the road with it.

It's a delusion that you own shit. This fake government owns you.

Going to public council hearings is degrading. You have to wait your turn like some fucking peasant listening to all the boring stupid shit grievances and more suggested red tape from fucking yokels before your called.

When you do get on their podium you have to look up to talentless hacks whom were voted in by retarded towns people, which depending on the size of the town was the majority of their families.

If this was the medieval days I could just hire some opportunist highwaymen to deal with the towns local leaders and build my regional kingdom without interfering nonsense.

Don't get me started on country towns and hamlets. You're an outsider, didn't buy and transfer land from one of their local real estate lords then you're going to have a lot more headaches in the near future with trying to do anything with the property.

I can't tell you how many times I've had to deal with the local county sheriff's. He didn't accumulate the money to buy that land but thinks he has the say on how it should be run because of that shiney judeo badge.

Imagine you and a couple of your boys come into a run of the mill no nothing Masonic town of America. You pull up on your large acreage land. You do a walk around to see what needs to be done. You hang around like this for a hour or more even drinking or taking to the hit. Next thing you know you have a sheriff's vehicle driving up on your property, full stop and officer friendly gets out. The typical first thing that comes out of his mouth is "Can I help you?" Followed by "we've had reports of suspicious people up here."

Ask him who was the one who made the report and he never will tell you. Ask him again why he's up here and he'll say something on the lines of him wanting to know who and why someone's on this precise property.

When you tell him you're the owner of the property the next thing that will come out of his mouth is that he would like to see some documentation to prove that fact.

Tell him that you don't have to show him shit and to get the fuck off your property. Which I have said before and he'll call for back up and you'll have a pissing match over his ego.

When you do show him documentation, he'll run your name to see if you have any warrants, when you don't he'll then apologize and leave. But his whole purpose of why he went up there is to find out gossip for the town's people. Once the sheriff or your land owner rival finds out they'll use the national database to find out all about you and soon after your troubles will begin. Specially if you don't appear proper or up to their standards of what a person of their towns statue and the people you associate with should be in their eyes.

Well I don't live in USA the rules here are different, I live off grid so I pay minimal yearly services I just have to buy gas bottles couple of time per year, my water is dam water ofc I filter/UV it so I drink clear clean fluoride free water I produce my own electricity as well...

I'm a developer, I buy uncut wilderness land and far out property and make shit from it.

I'm dutch, my family was invited to the Americas as explorers and surveyors by the crown, long before there was the US government. Every highway and major city connected in the US was discovered and created by my family.

To us this "peoples government" is just another regime that we have to put up with.

Just last year I had some fat midget minority woman that this regime allowed here tell me to go back to where I came from. I had a chuckle from that.
