Looking at it closely ,i can see what happend. Looks like theres some spilled oil or water or something slick on the flatbed right behind the left back tire of the lift. He was parked straight flat on the street and left side of the truck wasn't on the curb. i think the street was maybe slighty slanted or dipped in a lil plus the oil on the flatbed,,made the wheel slipped as he was coming down! If it wasn't for that ,the wheel would have had traction coming down. Looks like to me. Lol
