i wish that kid got off the bus the same time the cop was driving by and got hit. not killed or mamed or even hurt badly. but maybe bumped a few feet forward. just to ensure that cop gets fired. i wonder what kind of anything happened to him,if even anything. other than a "dont do that again". because thats bullshit. lead by example. right?

My guess is that it was not a cop driving that car, but possibly a mechanic or some admin person doing something with the vehicle. No way to know for sure though.
