Satellite images captured multiple lightning flashes as Hurricane Erin strengthened over the Atlantic Ocean on Friday, August 15.
According to the U.S. National Hurricane Center (NHC), Erin has intensified into a Category 2 hurricane.
Erin is forecast to undergo rapid intensification, potentially becoming a major hurricane from Saturday, August 16, into Sunday, August 17, NHC added.

I just a bought a new pair a couple of weeks ago. Logger style. Most comfortable work boots I have ever owned. After 12 hours of wearing them, they slide right off your feet after you untie them. They'll keep you grounded in a hurricane too. They are quite heavy and well worth the price.
