the thing is.....in these cities where its cold they let the homeless ride the subway/train all night. basically, they cant kick them off the train.
so if they get off (too pee) well they need to pay another 7$ to ride. they can ride all night long without getting off.

and its just sad people have to do this for a warm spot to sleep at night. because thats what shes doing.
