It's the exact same thing, just in reverse. Cut bottom of bottle off, put hole in cap. Hold bottle straight up, push into water so it fill from the bottom. Put blunt in hole, pull bottle straight up, but not out of the water. Remove blunt, mouth on hole, inhale as you push the bottle back down, it forces the smoke into the lungs faster. It's the timing that keeps it from getting stale.
