I've only ever tried to ride a bike twice.. not a scooter but only a 125.. was a mates, I didn't get a choice lol
I flipped it.... within about 5 seconds of getting on it, I flipped it.... and only 180° so not the best landing.
Then I had another go (arseholes 🤣) Ah, yeah so.. I went straight out onto the road, across both lanes 🤯 terrified, then into this kinda long dirt track (otherwise known as a public footpath)
It was on a cliffs edge (Whitsand bay)
I didn't want to fly off the edge, but for some reason I couldn't brake.. my mind said "BRAKE!!! 😱" but my hands said "accelerate, constantly".. so on the end I stuffed it (and me) into a hedgerow to stop 😅🥲.. eventually managed to take my hand off the throttle bit.. turned it round to face back to where I came from.
Anyway, I managed to ride it back fine! So in my head I thought I'd arrive and they would be none the wiser
First thing N said to me "you're covered in blood" then everyone had a good laugh and I picked sticks and thorns outta my face 🤕🤪
So all in all
I think this girl did really well 😂
