We need to start forcing these idiots to realize that if you decide to break the law you become whats called an "outlaw" which USED to mean you didnt have rights, since you yourself decided you didnt want to participate in our society, or follow our laws. Now, i dont think EVERY crime should make someone an outlaw, only ones that actually threaten a persons lively hood, safety, HOME, or vehicle. (Or otherwise corrupt the safety of the community, like the sale of certain drugs that ALWAYS bring/breed thieves, and other deplorable people)
