This video is at least 10 years old. It was a topic of discussion in a certain now defunct reality forum. The full study also showed black kids picking black kids as the good child and so forth; the majority of kids of both races actually thought "none" was the "ugly" child, iirc. The only point proven was each race thought they were the "good" ones.

This tape is more than 30 years old and was part of a much longer documentary.
Not sure why only the white kids are shown in this post, but the original show featured kids of several races, including many black kids, who also identfied the black pictures as dumb, dangerous and dirty.
The black kids also regarded the pictures of white kids as being smarter, cleaner, and more friendly,
