omg wait i rmb this!!! the migrant workers (construction workers) were able to save the driver with some rope and pulled her up to safety. they were awarded some medal or something (imo some cash prize would've been better because theyre severely underpaid here).
some locals were being super weird about the migrant workers saving the lady though... these people will NEVER be happy bro
