One time my friend was opening a glass jar and the lid was on so tight that he broke the jar while turning the lid. The top half of the jar broke away from the bottom half as he was turning it and the sharp edge cut off the entire flap of skin on the back of his hand running from just below his trigger finger up to the tip of his thumb.
