So, we're thirty days out after resolving this tariff issue with the food supply?

lol this country (US) is a joke, we used to export far more food than we imported, now (not sure about now actually, I know we were) we even export our chickens to China for processing, then sent back for market, and we import more than export. Self sufficient to mostly dependent, The USA used to build quality products, appliances, machines, clothes, toys, etc. Now just about everything is disposable, coming from China, Taiwan or some place with slave labor, to top that off, now that the competition is gone, the prices, for the most part, don't reflect the shit quality anymore either. Samsung appliances suck!
A few things - I’m not sure I believe you about sending chickens overseas for processing. Bc I live in NW Arkansas and chickens and processing is huge here. Many jobs, many many chicken trucks on the roads, many processing facilities. I believe your statement is false.

The items purchased from China/Asia have always been considered crap and replaceable. If you want something of quality and long lasting, buy American. Example - can openers. Buy an American one and you won’t buy another for 20 yrs.

Why is is OK for American export products to be tariffed by the countries importing them but it's bad that we tariff imports from other countries?

So where are these empty shelves at? Do you have anything better than a tik-tok video? If tik-tok is your evidence then just fuck off with this bullshit.
I'm a witness, and I have other people seeing the same thing, when I get around to it, I will be sure to go document it on camera, and share. I'm in CA, I know one of the other people is in TX.

Forgive me, I must have read about the plans to send the chicken to China, SCHUMER: FOR FIRST TIME, CHICKEN PROCESSED IN CHINA WILL GO ON SALE IN US, POSING MAJOR HEALTH HAZARD UNLESS AGGRESSIVE AND IMMEDIATE MEASURES ARE TAKEN TAINTED FOOD FROM CHINA HAS BEEN MASSIVE SOURCE OF FOOD POISONING IN RECENT YEARS | U.S. Senator Chuck Schumer of New York (whatever it was, it sounded like a done deal).

I agree, shit made in China is crap, and now that most of the competition has vanished, the price of the crap has increased significantly.
