Man that is a long list of stupid.
Engineers did not make the road high enough or sort out the ocean is a hazard.
They did not put up wave breakers
All these people failed to see the hazard even though the road is soaked and full of sand and debris.
all that given they should all die for stupidity.

I really miss living at the beach..... some of the best times in my life were while living in Florida, on the beach....I think I'll retire in Florida
Road too low, no break wall, clueless motorbike riders with bald tires... and why the fuck is the road so close to the water with swells like that?
Hard to feel bad for them.
