I don't think that's spice or k5 or whatever it's called. I smoked it a number of times over the years and never had anything remotely like this. I remember it mimicking the effects of marijuana...
You got spice cause you don't have cartels right below you bringing up all the actual good drugs
I didn't notice any immigrants all of them appear to be locals.

Spice was popular in the prisons. The dealers were giving it to the junkies on the exercise yard to see them spaz out
Spice in the US and spice in the UK is different, I think. I've never done it (its one of the few things i haven't). You used to be able to buy it in the smoke shops here. Perhaps that's still true? But I live in colorado, which may as well be Amsterdam with how easy it is to find drugs here

People have to remember that the governments believe these videos are deterrents. So I doubt this is an effect that is only drug related. More than likely it's someone who already was mentally unstable who already has episodes near this level and the drug just caused a more extreme version.
Very nice. I'm glad to have opened my mind in that way and although I have plenty of regrets, am extremely greatful to have walked down that path. I wouldn't be who I am today and somedays I'm ok with the cunt I've become
