I don't understand. Why would the English police arrest the leading scientist of Britain's space program following its most successful launch yet? Shouldn't King Chuck III be slapping him with a sword?

I never made one but I'm pretty sure that the spray was butane, made for recharging a cigarette lighter. I think that there are all sorts of quick burning flammable gases and liquids that will do the job.
