Seattle police released new video Wednesday that shows them arrest a 13-year-old boy for stealing a woman's purse then proceeding to punch her in the face.

Officials said a woman told police an employee and herself confronted a group of teens inside the store for not paying for items. The woman then told police one of the teens approached her and took her purse before running toward the exit.
Officials said she chased after him and caught up to him at the entrance. The teen then grabbed her shirt and threw her onto the ground, police said. When the woman got back up to chase him, the teen punched her in the face several times.
Police said the teen suspect and group ran eastbound on Southwest Barton Street.
The victim called police, and officers found the suspect and two other teens near 18th Avenue Southwest and Southwest Barton Street, police said.
The 13-year-old boy was arrested and booked into the Judge Patricia H. Clark Children and Family Justice Center for investigation of robbery. The two others were identified and released, police said.
The victim was treated by Seattle fire crews at the scene."
