Two years ago I was talking to a guy that was in the military and I was talking all big and bad about if anything popped off here in America and he simply said in battle there is a lot of running to cover and running away to survive when needed and that I was too fat and would be picked off real fast that was 86 pounds ago I went from 270 to 184 and I’m still not in the shape I want to be but I can say I wake up every morning feeling good and with more energy and can breathe a whole lot better and my heart doesn’t pound while I’m just watching tv lol so ya people that tell fat people that it’s ok there just killing them and sorry for all the grammar mistakes in this but I’ll be the first one here to admit I didn’t get to much education growing up lmao

As a fitness guy, I kind of hate seeing fat people, but at the same time, also like seeing fat people admit they are fat and do something about it, double-edged sword. But fat cunts that sit there and try to lie about their weight, by saying "I'm 160lbs", when they are actually "210lbs", are the worst of the worst. If someone is fat, smokes, is a dope fiend, etc., makes the decision to lead a healthier life and actual acts on it I say great for them. They'd advertise themselves as being 25, 5'5" and 120lbs....you show up and she's 40, 5'1" and 160lbs.
