Here’s my bathroom idea: I would produce Tampon Dispensers, and in order to get the tampon you have to first put money in (I’m a capitalist) and then an attached knife comes out. The customer then has to take the knife and cut off the penis-shaped tampons at the dotted line (after a string of tampons becomes visible). I’m still working on the idea - blood needs to be involved somehow. Feel free to make suggestions.
