An informal combination of highly specific critical words describing a complex organizational structure in the context of a particular controversy on governance and accountability used as an uncommon term in researching & assessing official, legal, or organizational documents.
An example of a for of that conduct strategy I uncovered is a criminal level form of human trafficking being done by city Assembly board members using civil, welfare, & POA perjury pushed through by reps working for the Office of Public Advocacy (OPA), which operates under the executive branch of the state government. One of the board members has their lackeys on the assembly board's Ethics subcommittee, Audit subcommittee....so on and so on. They use a combination of those to get reps in Adult protective services to ignore any reports made by anyone affiliated with the assembly board member's victim.. it goes so deep one Assembly member doing it has been trying to use authorities to intimate me 😅 but with how extensive the years of certified account, court, lease & witness statement records that I collect are, in court it could be used to end her career & risk her being charged criminally 😄
