People can die with lesser punches. I think the shooter might get something like third-degree murder if he is really unfortunate. Poor bastard ... I hope he gets away with community service, a self-defence course and a commendation from the local gun club though.
No HQ video of the assailant gurgling on his own blood or gasping in that terrible way that it makes you almost feel bad. Even the bystanders rendered help a while after the shooting.
No help, no one to hold your hand or whisper calm words while you're passing or losing a limb ... that's reserved for the diminutive looking Chinese chicks who get all the indifference of society in these countries. No one even bothered to flip out a camera phone or something to film his demise just a video of the video of the grainy CCTV footage that the police probably used to investigate.
