It does look like the guy on the right is performing a jaw thrust to open his airway. This is taught at med school. The guy on the left appears to be trying to stabilise his cervical spine (c-spine) which is also sensible in the situation, which itself was not at all sensible 😂.

The first guy to ass land looks like he broke his left hip, and likely his pelvis and possibly lumbar spine (l-spine).
