Yeah, unfortunately training is insufficient in a lot of places. If you know anyone that wants to be a cop or is one, buy/3D print a training gun for them and earnestly try taking it from their person so they know what to expect.

Even just one time could save their life. A lot of cops are completely unprepared for something like this.
