A woman, named Mimi was killed when, whilst walking down a street, a driver of a Mitsubishi invaded the pavement, crushing Mimi between the Mitsubishi and another parked vehicle. The driver, after realizing what happened, went to take a photo/video of Mimi's body on the pavement.
The driver, who was reported as not being a citizen of Georgia, has been arrested.
